We are a small letting company based in Durban, specialising in upper market homes. We offer professional service to all our clients, and believe that the residence we find for you, should become a home, and not a place you stay until you can afford to buy.

We offer exceptional, personalised service: in an industry loaded with competition, we need to do so to survive and prosper!
We do not deal with properties in a state of disrepair, unless they are in the process of renovation. The homes listed on this website are homes we can be proud to show off to our tenants, and ones that we would live in ourselves.
We will personally escort you around any properties you may be interested in, and we make all necessary access arrangements with the landlord.
